Created Issue: 3.3.2 Mencode cause sound problems [2]

Using the lastest 3.3.2 Mencode causes the sound to mismatch from the video and speed up. Build TEncoder(3.2.3409) doesn't have that problem. I just change the bitrate to 96.

In the folder appear the program, but we cannot extract the program himself.
It,s impossible to extract!

Comments: Hello, You'll need to have latest version of the program you are using to extract 7z. Latest winrar or 7zip version should do. Regards, ozok
